Steven C. Kiser
Steve Kiser has over 35 years of experience as a transactional real estate and business attorney. He began his career at a boutique firm in Los Angeles, representing clients from the entertainment business, professional athletes and high net worth individuals in real estate and business transactions and litigation. He moved to Newport Beach in 1983 to serve as Vice President and General Counsel for a multifamily housing investment and management company with properties in the western United States. Mr. Kiser started a private law practice in 1986, and has since then devoted himself to representing clients in a wide spectrum of transactional real estate and business matters.
Mr. Kiser is a graduate of UCLA Law School where he was a member of the Law Review and focused elective coursework in real estate and business related subjects. His undergraduate education was in business management, followed by an MBA from the University of Maryland.
He has served his community as Chairman of the Newport Beach Planning Commission and has participated in various community organizations. He is a member of the Real Property Law and Business Law sections of the State Bar of California.
